We help with accounts, circle records, payment-proof issues, privacy requests, and app access.
Account and circle help
Include the email on your SÒL account and a short description of what happened. Never email passwords, bank details, or card numbers.
Privacy or security
Report suspected unauthorized access or request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
Delete your account
Signed-in users can delete their account in Profile → Account. If you cannot sign in, contact support from the email associated with the account.

Before sending a payment question
SÒL records circle activity but does not hold, transfer, or reverse funds. For a missing transfer or payout, contact your circle organizer and the payment provider used outside SÒL. Use SÒL support for problems with the app record, receipt upload, or account access.
